All reservations require a credit card guarantee at time of booking. If you'll be redeeming a Gift Certificate, please note that in your reservation.

ALL WEEKEND reservations will be charged a $60 non-refundable deposit per service, at exactly 48-hours prior to arrival. This deposit will go towards your service. Our Cancellation Policy: Any no-shows cancellations, or reschedules made less than 48-hours prior to your arrival time, will be considered a cancellation and will result in  a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the full amount of the reserved services.

For WEEKDAY reservations only (Tuesday - Friday) Any no-shows cancellations, or reschedules made less than 24-hours prior to your arrival time, will be considered a cancellation and will result in  a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the full amount of the reserved services.

ALL 100MIN RESERVATIONS will require a $120 deposit per person, at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Because 100-minute services require a longer reserved time, we have limited flexibility for last-minute changes. Thank you for understanding and helping us protect the time reserved especially for you.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service, with no exceptions. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and therapists, we are unable to accommodate last-minute changes due to traffic, accidents, or parking issues. We highly recommend allowing extra travel time to reach Spa Del Rio.  Thank you for your understanding.
